SoHo's Hottest New Edition - Coast - Wow's Hong Kong's Breakfast Crowd

(Hong Kong, March 5, 2009) – SoHo bistro & bar Coast is serving up all day a la carte options of hearty Australian-style breakfasts all weekend and on public holidays.

Breakfasts from baguettes to hangover cures are served all-day, headlined by Coast’s signature special of breakfast, bacon, beef sausages, eggs, hash browns, mushrooms, spinach and toast (HK$95).

Another ‘Hangover’ specialty for those Sunday’s combines a hearty meal of steak, bacon, beef sausages, hash browns, eggs and grilled tomato (HK$105).

Also on the enticing all day menu are spicy, traditional or vegetarian omelettes (HK$100) and eggs any style with toast (HK$60), along with baguette of bacon, fried eggs and BBQ sauce with hash browns (HK$65), ham and Gruyere French toast (HK$75) as well as sweetcorn cakes with bacon, mushroom and avocado (HK$75).

For those still keeping their New Years resolutions, healthy options include seasonal fruit with natural yoghurt (HK$55), granola with banana and honey (HK$55), buttermilk pancakes with berries and maple syrup (HK$65) and smoked salmon with spinach, mushrooms and roast tomatoes on toast (HK$85).

Coast also imports its own coffee from Australia which is roasted weekly, not monthly as many other coffee chains do making it a nice alternative to the proliferation of coffee chains in the chic SoHo area.
