PARK HOTEL GROUP REVEALS FUTURE EXPANSION PLANS AT ITB ASIA IN SINGAPORE
(SINGAPORE): At the ITB Asia trade show held in Singapore this week, Park Hotel Group announced an expansion programme across the Asia-Pacific region as it continues the realisation of it brand vision and positive growth.
With eight properties in its current portfolio, Park Hotel Group is committed to a programme of continued expansion and targets opening 10-12 new properties in the next three to five years. These include additional investments in Japan and China, plus interests extending to other prominent destinations in Southeast Asia, as well as Singapore.
“Park Hotel Group views future prospects for tourism and business-related travel across the region in a most positive light and in line with industry predictions, this will be a period of rapid growth and ever-increasing visitor numbers into the Asia-Pacific region,” said Mr Allen Law, Director of Park Hotel Group.
“In line with this positive sentiment, Park Hotel Group has embarked on a programme of expansion in the coming years that will see the Group establish itself as a major player in the Asia-Pacific region.
In August this year, Park Hotel Group celebrated the latest addition to its portfolio with the grand opening of Park Hotel Clarke Quay, an iconic new landmark situated beside the Singapore River in the vibrant lifestyle district of Clarke Quay.
Designed by DP Architects as a celebration of Singapore’s bygone Victorian era, the architecture of the 10-storey, 336-room Park Hotel Clarke Quay incorporates a distinctive red-tiled roof and spired towers in homage to Singapore's classic colonial style of the early 1800s and the romanticism of the Clarke Quay skyline.
“Park Hotel Clarke Quay joins Grand Park City Hall in a Singapore portfolio that is set to further expand next year with the opening of Grand Park Orchard,” said Mr Law. “This will be a spectacular new five-star landmark on Orchard Road and will be the Group's flagship hotel.”
Scheduled to open in May 2010, Park Hotel Group’s flagship hotel will also feature Knightsbridge, an 83,000-square foot luxury retail podium that is on course to becoming the luxury shopping destination of choice for discerning Singaporeans and overseas visitors. Named after London's most fashionable address, Knightsbridge promises timeless chic and classic style.
Integrated within an S$80 million makeover of the former Park Hotel Orchard and re-branded as a five-star hotel, Knightsbridge is in line with the Group’s vision for Grand Park Orchard to become synonymous with fashion and luxury. The dazzling exterior of the hotel includes a herringbone-designed glass façade and incorporates a dramatic eight-storey tall media wall. Retail units facing Orchard Road boast direct street entrances and frontages unseen in Singapore.
Elsewhere across the region, the Group’s Hong Kong property - Park Hotel Hong Kong - has completed a major refurbishment, showcasing a brand new look. Conveniently located in the city’s premier shopping district, the hotel has an adjoining shopping mall that is currently under refurbishment and scheduled to open early next year.
In Wuxi, China, Park Hotel Group’s Grand Park Wuxi is planning for a re-launch in the first quarter of 2010, after a refurbishment programme. The new Grand Park Wuxi will showcase an extensive range of banqueting and F&B facilities.
The Group continues to view China as a key growth market and will continue its focus on the bourgeoning second-tier cities. In Japan, the Group has been assessing acquisition targets since its first acquisition in Otaru, Hokkaido, last December.

(Singapore, October 19, 2009) – GHM is well known for its distinctive and stylish group of hotels and resorts worldwide and this has been recognised on the prestigious annual Condé Nast Traveller (UK Edition) Readers’ Travel Awards list for 2009. Every year, along with the category awards, the magazine publishes the Top 100 List that incorporates the best of the best from around the world and GHM has featured on this list consistently since 1998.
The 12th Annual Readers’ Travel Awards were compiled from reader votes that covered the best the travel world has to offer among airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, spas and destinations.
GHM properties The Datai, The Setai, The Chedi Muscat and The Chedi Phuket were listed among the top Overseas Leisure Hotels in the world in their respective regional categories. The Datai, The Chedi Muscat and The Chedi Phuket were also ranked on Top 100 List which pays tribute to the overall winners in terms of highest scorers, irrespective of category.
“It is a great honour for these GHM properties to be recognised and awarded by the readers of Condé Nast Traveller. GHM strives to develop and operate award winning hotels and resorts that provide guests with unrivalled lifestyle experiences” said Mr Hans R Jenni, President and Director of GHM.
The Datai
Listed as the No 4 Overseas Leisure Hotel in Asia and the Subcontinent and No 25 in the Overall Top 100 list, The Datai in Langkawi, Malaysia is described by Condé Nast Traveller as an ‘oasis of calm’. The Datai was the first GHM property and quickly became one of the worlds most sought-after and award-winning hideaway resorts.
Located on the north western tip of the lush tropical island of Langkawi off the coast of West Malaysia, The Datai is truly an oasis of relaxation and tranquility surrounded by centuries-old virgin rainforest with a private footpath leading to an idyllic white sand beach, swimming pool and spa, and nearby golf course.
The Datai’s 40 villas, 16 suites and 54 rooms are all set within the rainforest with their own private veranda and stunning views of the lush tropical landscape and breathtaking Andaman Sea beyond.
The Chedi Muscat
Listed as the No 5 Overseas Leisure Hotel in the Middle East, Africa and the Indian Ocean and No 34 on the Overall Top 100 list, The Chedi Muscat in Oman is descried by Condé Nast Traveller as ‘unrepentantly modern and informal, epitomising the new contemporary, funky Arabia’.
Marking GHM’s debut in the Middle East, The Chedi Muscat opened in January 2003 as an exclusive beach resort in one of the world’s most exciting new travel destinations, the Sultanate of Oman on the Indian Ocean.
Located on the stunning Boushar Beachfront where crystal clear blue waters mirror images of a backdrop of ancient mountain ranges, The Chedi Muscat is a modern oasis of Middle Eastern mysticism and contemporary luxury offering world-class amenities and services.
Each of the 156 exquisite rooms and suites offer exclusive access to turquoise pools with cosy cabanas, a water garden and a private stretch of beach. The décor features simple Asian-inspired elegance in the GHM style with distinctive design features and subtle bursts of vibrant colour characteristic of traditional Omani architecture which add an ageless charm and a distinct sense of place.
The Chedi Phuket
The Chedi Phuket, the first of GHM’s Chedi brand of hotels, was listed as No 7 on the Overseas Leisure Hotel in Asia and the Subcontinent and No 49 in the Overall Top 100 list.
The Chedi Phuket opened in August 1995 and set the tone for a groundbreaking collection of contemporary Asian style hotels in exotic locations throughout the world.
Surrounded by the azure waters of the Andaman Sea and the tranquil coast of Pansea Beach, The Chedi Phuket is the perfect tropical island getaway. 108 thatched cottages sit under a canopy of coconut groves where the appeal of the spacious 89 one-bedroom and 19 two bedroom cottages is further enhanced with private verandas, secluded sun decks and handcrafted teak floors.
The resort includes relaxing spa services, delightful dining venues, practical meeting facilities and exciting recreation options and has been featured on the Conde Nast Traveller Readers Awards since 2005.
The Setai
Listed as No 15 Overseas Leisure Hotel in the Americas and Caribbean, The Setai is an iconic oceanfront resort hotel located at the centre of the famous American Art Deco neighbourhood of South Beach in Miami, Florida
Opened in late 2004, The Setai occupies what was formerly the legendary 1930’s Dempsey Vanderbilt Hotel with an adjoining multi-story glass tower that rises about its surroundings to offer stunning views of the beachside strip and Atlantic Ocean.
The Setai which comprises ‘The Art Deco Building’ with 85 rooms and ‘The Tower’ with 45 suites and 1 penthouse, has been exquisitely furnished in a fashion that celebrates its Art Deco heritage while embracing the Asian influences so distinctive of the GHM style.

For those that prefer to stick to the comforting basics, ROKA's a la carte menu also continues to be served around the warmth of the restaurant's signature robata grill throughout the festive season.

The bar features premium sakes, signature shochus made from ancient Japanese spirits and specialty cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic cocktails and extensive wine cellar.

La Résidence d'Angkor Opens New Spa and Suites
(Hong Kong, October 14, 2009) - This month, La Résidence d’Angkor in Siem Reap, Cambodia, opens its impressive Kong Kea Spa in a new wing of the boutique city resort, and eight luxury suites featuring original works of art by an aspiring Cambodian artist. Meaning ‘water for the god’ in Khmer, the Kong Kea Spa focuses on the healing aspects of water, both visually and physically. The water element of the spa is constantly present, from a bridge crossing a lotus pond at the entrance, to an aquarium in the reception area and illuminated water walls.
Signature treatments are based on a formula of cleansing, heating, treating and resting experiences, using locally sourced organic products such as lotus flower, natural sea salt from Kampot and Cambodian virgin sunflower oil.
The ‘Path of Ritual - Essential Formula’ signature treatment, starts with a foot cleansing experience with kaffir lime, lemongrass jasmine and lotus flower, followed by a herbal bath with cinnamon, jasmine, rosemary oil and orange peel. To end, guests will have a choice of a massage with Cambodian virgin coconut oil, a body scrub with water lily, Cambodian palm sugar and lemongrass, or a Body Wrap with cucumber, artichoke and honey.
The Kong Kea spa is spread over 475m² and includes six wet and dry treatment rooms, two of which feature private bamboo gardens. There is a relaxation area with a refreshing, indoor cold plunge pool overlooking the garden, which is available to spa guests pre and post treatment. There is also a fitness centre and a spa boutique.
In the same wing as the spa are four new ‘Spa Suites’ and four new ‘La Résidence’ Suites. Spa Suites are accessed by a dedicated lift and are over 100m² each. Each incorporates a large bedroom with a flat screen satellite television together with adjacent lounge. Sliding opaque glass doors lead into a spacious bathroom, with an enamel free-standing bathtub, separate walk-in rain shower, dual basins, dressing and storage areas. A private 27m² external garden terrace provides a natural setting for al fresco dining, or for simple relaxation.
La Résidence Suites offer the same luxurious amenities, but are located on the second floor above the Spa Suites, in the quietest area of the property ensuring maximum privacy. Each suite is 90m² and also includes a large balcony or terrace. All feature silk bed throws, cushions and curtains, which have been made locally by Artisans d’Angkor and weaved to the hotel’s bespoke specifications and design. Local art is further supported, with each suite featuring sculptures representing Khmer divinities. Each suite also includes colonial architectural drawings by Mao Soviet – a Cambodian graduate who has made a name for himself in the contemporary art scene in Cambodia.
Spa Suites are priced from US$400 and La Résidence Suites from US$330. Prices are per room per night including breakfast and tax.
The new suites bring the total room count of La Résidence d’Angkor to 62. Situated in the heart of Siem Reap and near the temples of Angkor Wat, the hotels is a leafy haven beside the Siem w su Reap river in the centre of the city, situated within a walled garden among many trees, and accessed by a bridge over a lotus pond. La Résidence d’Angkor has also recently opened a large alfresco Martini Lounge area on the first floor, overlooking the pool and the river.
This new spa joins other Orient-Express spa experiences in Asia such as the ones at Ubud Hanging Gardens, La Residence Phou Vao and Napasai Spa in Koh Samui.
The Spa at La Residence Phou Vao Hotel is the first luxury spa in Luang Prabang, Laos; one of the region’s lesser-travelled but most beautiful destinations. Built in traditional local materials, custom-designed spa treatments are based on traditional Lao herbal remedies for healing and nurturing, using only pure botanical ingredients from local organic gardens and farms. Napasai Spa on the tropical paradise island of Ko Samui in Thailand offers total indulgence for all the senses at a cliffside hideaway in frangipani-scented gardens looking out over uninhabited islands of a marine national park. Napasai Spa's holistic treatments use a combination of natural ingredients such as tropical fruits and flowers to balance physical and psychological wellbeing and Pala Energy body massage to encourage energy flow. GREEN T HOUSE Living Winter Wellness Rituals
(Beijing, 13 October, 2009) – The "coolest bath house in China" is introducing winter wellness treatments at the imperial-style GREEN T. HOUSE Living on the outskirts of Beijing.
Complete with a rooftop hot tub for indulgent bathing even when it snows, therapies are countering the chilly winter by incorporating ginger at the new wellness oasis inspired by a Tang dynasty emperor’s bath house.
Ginger's warming properties help prevent colds and flu. It keeps skin hydrated, glowing and healthy in cold, dry winters is also effective against chronic fatigue as a tonic and even aphrodisiac, stimulating circulation of the blood.
Two signature therapies are incorporating ginger - the GREEN T. Scrub and GREEN T. Bath. The theme continues afterwards as guests relax with ginger tea.
"The experience is completed in the rooftop hot tub, which is enchanting when it snows," said style icon JinR, the founder of GREEN T. HOUSE Living.
The complex is a uniquely decadent immersion into Chinese culture and cuisine combining wellness with a teahouse, restaurant, gallery, cultural events space and inspiring meeting place.
Renowned for chic dining, cutting-edge music performances, art exhibits, tea presentations and ceremonies, and creative events, it recently introduced wellness programmes at the new Bath House Residence.
Pampering, wellness and bathing rituals are complemented by exotic overnight ‘Signature Living Experiences’ immersing guests in “a world of body, mind and soul, senses and sensuality”.
Bath House therapies are twinned with Chinese music and art, pampering and indulgence, ancient Chinese wisdom and contemporary aesthetics.
The Tang dynasty-style residence sleeps couples in traditional, curtained four-poster “emperor’s beds” as well as accommodating small groups for ‘high end slumber parties’ in loft bedrooms.
Overnight stays at the Bath House Residence complete with private butler start at RMB 6,000 including a maxi-bar, rooftop BBQ and breakfast, along with unlimited use of the GREEN T. Bath, steam room and rooftop Jacuzzi.
Up to eight guests can stay overnight, with each additional guest charged RMB 2,000 per person.
Dining at GREEN T. HOUSE Living features signature “New China T-cuisine”, blending fresh and natural ingredients with time-honored indigenous cooking techniques from across the regions of China.
GREEN T. HOUSE Living "presents an authentic Chinese experience, but in a way that you’ve never imagined” and attracts an eclectic mix of artists, celebrities and prominent local and international guests.
GREEN T. HOUSE Living has built on the established success of Beijing’s landmark GREEN T. HOUSE, which opened in 1997.

Designed by HBA, the world’s leading hotel interior design specialists, The Grand Central features 353 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites equipped with all modern conveniences, technology and luxury amenities. Each room commands breathtaking views of downtown Shanghai.
A magnificent, “floating” ballroom shaped like a giant mythical Phoenix Egg acts as the hotels’ own star attraction: the Shanghai Grand Ballroom rises a full seven meters above the lobby without central pillars for support. Architecturally impressive, the elliptical venue is set to become Shanghai’s hottest new events space,
“This will be every event organizer’s dream venue – ideal for the city’s most exciting gala parties, grand opening launches, fashion shows, wedding banquets and award ceremonies,” said by Mr. Jifu Zhang, General Manager of Grand Central.
The Grand Central is newly-opened by the Wang Bao He Group, celebrated operators of Central Hotel as well as of Shanghai’s oldest restaurant, the Wang Bao He Restaurant. The latter dates back to 1744, and it has since become internationally renowned for serving China’s most famous crab banquet
A range of exquisite international cuisine is on offer at the Grand Central’s four elegant and intimate restaurants; superb Cantonese dishes, sumptuous French fine dining, Coffee Shop and Lobby Bar all enable the hotel to cater for a worldly clientele.
Roland Jegge, WORLDHOTELS’ Vice President Asia Pacific, said: “We are delighted to welcome this stunning new Shanghai landmark to our portfolio. We congratulate the owners on creating such a magnificent new hotel and we look forward to introducing it to discerning travellers worldwide through our global network.”

Ultimate Festive Season Escape to 'Shangri La' at COMO Resorts' Uma Paro in Bhutan
(HONG KONG, 9 October, 2009) – High in the snow-capped Himalaya, Uma Paro is the perfect place for a unique way to celebrate the festive season. Winter in the magic Kingdom above the clouds sees clear ink-blue skies over jagged peaks and verdant blue pine forests. Sunshine glints off sparkling crystal rivers and rich red chillies dry on wooden shingle farmhouse roofs. By day it’s warm enough to explore in light clothing ; by night, cozy up to Uma Paro’s wood-burning stoves which are everywhere in the resort.
Over Christmas and New Year Uma Paro is offering a very special 5-night privately guided package, incorporating either Christmas or New Year, traditional masked dances or Bhutanese musicians.
This offer is valid for stays from 20 to 29 December 2009. Rates are from US$5,306 for two people in a Superior Room.
In Uma Paro, Christmas Eve provides the perfect opportunity to witness and participate in a long-life puja at Kyichu Lhakhang (temple), listening to the ancient chants by the monks and observing the intricate rituals to receive a blessing for yourself and your loved ones. Returning to the comfortable home in the Himalaya, Uma Paro, after each day’s adventures - accommodation is included on a full-board basis, excluding beverages – there is plenty of free time to relax, enjoying the peace, views, swimming pool, steam rooms and one COMO Shambhala traditional Bhutanese Hot Stone Bath treatment per person.
A range of festive events include the long-life puja ceremony at one of the oldest temples in Bhutan on 24 December, with ancient chants by monks and intricate rituals to receive blessings; local archery contest and gourmet Christmas dinner on 25 December; and Bhutanese dance performance and degustation New Years Eve Dinner welcoming the New Year on 31 December.
Guided excursions include a picnic-style stroll through pine forests high above Uma Paro to the fortress-like monastery of Zuri Dzong, followed by Bhutan’s National Museum and nearby temples; a day trip to bustling Thimpu, the capital of Bhutan; market outings; and an encounter with Bhutan’s national animal, the Takin, a strange looking beast which looks like a bee-stung moose.

OUTSTANDING VINTAGE ON THE WAY BUT ECONOMIC DEMAND COULD AFFECT PRICING
It’s looking to be the best wine harvest in Bordeaux since the fabled 2005 vintage, but according to leading fine wine merchants Bordeaux Index, the eventual release prices from the chateaux may be affected by the current economic climate and a lack of interest from the moribund American market.
Following a recent visit to Bordeaux, Oliver Sharp, associate director at Bordeaux Index, has little doubt that this year’s wine harvest will be one of the most successful in decades: “The weather conditions have been superb; hot days and cool nights in the run up to the récolte have delivered the perfect ingredients for gentle and extended ripening of the grapes, promising wines of fabulous aromatics and exquisite balance. Chateaux proprietors, negociants and critics alike are all looking forward to a fabulous vintage.”
However, as Sharp explains, the quality of the wines is one factor, the economic conditions in which the chateaux release their prix de sortie is quite another: “The pricing of the wines will very much depend on global interest in the vintage. Four years ago the build-up to the 2005 en primeur campaign was heavily hyped by Americans under favourable economic circumstances which, arguably, gave green light to the chateaux to release their wines into the market at unprecedented prices. However, today’s fine wine market has changed immeasurably; the current economic climate is much subdued and where the USA once ruled now the Far East is king. That, combined with Asia’s reluctance to buy into the en primeur culture, means high release prices even in a “miracle” vintage are not necessarily attainable.”
Sharp adds: “It is, therefore, very much in the interests of the chateaux to resuscitate interest from across the pond, something which, after bruising 2006 and 2007 campaigns and a punitive exchange rate, even the most optimistic merchant would agree is a challenge.
“Everything is pointing towards a wonderful vintage, but the real test will be the tastings in six months time. As for release prices, one can only speculate.”

The Upper House, Hong Kong, Keeps Guests Connected with Latest Technology
(Hong Kong, 5 October 2009) The Upper House, Swire Hotels’ new Hong Kong hotel, is equipped with the latest technology to keep guests connected and provide streamlined guest services throughout the hotel.
Designed as a luxurious home away from home, The Upper House is conscious of making a positive difference to the environment by, among other initiatives, remaining as paperless as possible. A unique iPod-touch® is provided in each of the 117 guest rooms and suites offering a comprehensive source for all hotel information, room service, local area information, weather, news and feedback forms at the touch of a screen, replacing printed hotel directories.
Upon arrival at the intimate hotel in Pacific Place, guests are welcomed by a paperless ’arrival experience’ allowing guests to check in anywhere in the hotel with a member of the Guest Experience team using one of four designated tablet PCs containing all the guest information and preferences.
The one stop Guest Experience team replaces the traditional hotel reception counters and is able to provide services such as concierge, guest relations, bell and cashiering at any location throughout the hotel using the portable PCs. Prior to arrival, all guests are contacted by a designated member of the team who ensures all requirements and preferences are confirmed in time for arrival. This WiFi has uninterrupted connection all the way from the airport to the hotel.
Express departure is a feature that enables guests to leave without the usual formalities. Copies of guest bills along with final credit card settlement, is sent via email on the day of departure.
The Upper House is aware of the importance in this digital age to keep guests connected and provides complimentary wired and wireless high speed internet in guest rooms and public areas.
In keeping with the hotel’s principles to reduce guests’ ‘carbon footprints’ whilst remaining connected at all times, the hotel’s energy saving Lexus RX450H hybrid cars are equipped with complimentary WiFi on board, ideal for business and leisure travellers on the move.
“Swire Hotels has given great consideration to the preferences of our guests and the effect our practices have on the environment. By utilising the most up to date technology, The Upper House is able to streamline guest arrival and departure experiences, offer vital connectivity both in and out of the hotel and keep guests up to date with the latest hotel and destination news on the in-room iPod-touch® whilst eliminating the need for unnecessary paper waste and carbon emissions,” said Dean Winter, General Manager of The Upper House
An exclusive ‘two-nights-for-one’ offer is launched for the first 90 days after opening, with rates starting from HK$3,388 for a 730sq ft Island View Studio 70.

With stylish design from renowned Hong Kong designer Andre Fu of AFSO, the hotel offers 117 rooms beginning at 730sq ft – the largest in Hong Kong, all featuring scenic harbour or island views, including 21 suites and 2 penthouses.
Café Gray Deluxe, a 21st century ‘grand café’ located on Level 49 overlooking Victoria Harbour, marks the return of celebrated chef Gray Kunz to Hong Kong and serves modern European classics throughout the day. The vibrant restaurant is highlighted by a 14-metre long open kitchen and equally long bar and is set to become a long awaited addition to the Hong Kong dining scene.
Also on the Level 49, the sky lounge offers panoramic views, a working fireplace and comfortable sofa areas for guests to enjoy. With complimentary wireless internet available throughout the hotel, the lounge is the ideal place for guests to catch up with online news, e-mails or simply kick-back and enjoy a game of backgammon with fellow guests.
The outdoor lawn on Level 6 provides a unique urban retreat with an area for drinks and relaxation under the Hong Kong skyline.

The name, ‘The Upper House’, is derived from the design philosophy of an upward journey from Queensway towards Pacific Place, elevating into a serene house above the bustling city.

GRAND MARNIER®'s 2009 Holiday Season Limited Edition is 'Irresistible'

(Hong Kong, 2 October, 2009) -- France's most popular export liqueur Grand Marnier® is celebrating this year's winter holiday season with a playfully red limited edition of its classic Cordon Rouge, named 'Irresistible'.
Adorned with vivid red lacquer, it is the 7th of a series released annually by Grand Marnier® since 2003.
This year's theme celebrates a "playfully indulgent" holiday season with elegance and a slightly unorthodox yet refined adventure for the taste buds.
Only 300 bottles of the 2009 'Irresistible’ Limited Edition are available in Hong Kong in select high-end bars and specialty outlets, including Watson’s Wine Cellar and Oliver’s.
As with its forerunners in the series which has become a collectors' item, 'Irresistible' introduces a distinctive yet ephemeral variation on the mythical bottle -- reinterpreting the legend of the brand with a twist of modernity.
It pays homage the first limited edition series launched in 1927.
Inside the bottle, Grand Marnier® remains a sophisticated, instantly recognisable blend of oak barrel-aged cognacs and a rare, tropical, delicately perfumed fruit – the bitter Citrus bigaradia orange.
The liqueur has been revered by sophisticated epicureans for its incomparable smoothness since being invented in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle.
It is a huge international success found on the most refined tables and in the most fashionable bars in over 150 countries worldwide.
Grand Marnier® has been the leading French liqueur in export sales for over 25 years. It is the third highest selling liqueur brand worldwide. A bottle of Grand Marnier® is sold every 2 seconds around the world.
Though traditionally enjoyed neat or on ice, its unique flavour also takes a wide range of flavourful cocktails and long drinks to new heights.
For 'Irresistible', Grand Marnier® has created two unique new recipes:
To prolong the afternoon:
30ml Grand Marnier® Cordon Rouge liqueur
60ml strawberry juice
40ml apple juice
10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice and stir.
As an aperitif:
30ml Grand Marnier® Cordon Rouge liqueur
30ml strawberry juice
20ml apple juice
10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Shake all ingredients together in a shaker with a few ice cubes. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass.
Suggested garnish: a cape gooseberry dipped in red caramel
