EPIC Residences & Hotels Offers Opulent Living Among Museum-Quality Art Collection

MIAMI, FL - Residents of EPIC Residences & Hotels, where Brickell Avenue meets Biscayne Bay, share the rare opportunity of living surrounded by almost one hundred pieces of original artworks valued at $2 million.

Renowned local and international artists, such as James Brown, Roberto Matta, Dario Basso, Fernando DeSzyszlo, Jose Bechara, Karina Wisniewska, Alexis Gorodine, Gye Hoon Park, and Ola Kolehmainen, were hand selected for their polished style and their artwork’s subject matter, complementing the whimsical elegance of EPIC Residence’s interiors, its architecture and color palette.

EPIC’s collection was curated by the Diana Lowenstein Fine Arts Gallery and is a reflection of the cultural institutions that surround it, offering unparalleled luxury and a modern urban lifestyle for residents who appreciate the higher standards of living.

A pivotal part of the collection is a large outdoor bronze sculpture by celebrated Polish artist, Xawery Wolski titled “Constant Chain,” which greets residents and guests. Designed to resemble a port, the installation was exclusively commissioned for EPIC Residences and takes its inspiration from the building’s 54-story correlation with the Miami River and Biscayne Bay.

“We see art as an integral part of everyday life, the pieces we’ve chosen are a reflection of EPIC’s place in the heart of the city and its native environment,” stated Flavia Lowenstein-Elortegui, Associate Director at the gallery. “Our art collection is another facet of the complete EPIC lifestyle, which incorporates all the amenities and facilities of resort living in the epicenter of Miami.”
