Celebrity Chef Greg Malouf Returns to Olive Greek & Middle Eastern

(Hong Kong, November 17, 2009) Greg Malouf, arguably Australia’s most illustrious international chef, returns to Olive Greek & Middle Eastern, located on Elgin Street in SoHo, as Guest Chef from now to 26th November 2009.

Greg Malouf is an Australian of Lebanese descent who has drawn on his classical cooking training, his international experiences and his Lebanese heritage, to create a style of cooking that has become world renowned.

A winner of numerous industry awards, Greg Malouf, the founder of Australia’s Modern Middle Eastern cooking, has been closely associated with the development of Olive in Hong Kong.

During his visit in Hong Kong, Chef Greg presents a special menu to celebrate his visit to Hong Kong, which is featured only at Olive Greek & Middle Eastern in SoHo, Central and will be served until the end of December in 2009.

Greg is keen in undertaking personal interaction with his guests and enjoys discussing the cuisine with them so his visit will be the perfect occasion to meet, learn more about his sensational menu and enjoy an exquisite meal.

Greg has co-authored four award-winning food books, Arabesque (1999), Moorish (2001), Saha (2005) and, most recently, Turquoise (2007). Each has been widely acclaimed and praised for showcasing the traditional ingredients and dishes of the region while also offering a window on Greg’s unique modern Middle Eastern cuisine.
