Tantalise Your Taste Buds This Festive Season at Harlan’s

(Hong Kong, October 15, 2009) – Harlan’s at ifc is celebrating this festive season with an extensive choice of gastronomic Christmas and New Year menus featuring signature dishes and spectacular lunch buffets which are guaranteed to satisfy anyone’s cravings.


Kicking off the season’s festivities is a gourmet six-course Christmas Eve tasting menu priced at HK$980 on December 24th, featuring Alaskan King Crab Leg with Parma Ham Avocado and Vine Ripen Tomatoes, Pan Fried Foie Gras with Duck Rillette, followed by Hand Crafted Pepper Pappardelle with Barolo Braised Lamb Ragout. Wood Stone Roasted Wild Ocean Sea Bass with Sicilian Lemon introduces mouthwatering main course choices of either Herb Roasted Prime Beef Fillet with Wagyu Beef Cheek Ravioli and Truffle Sauce or Slow Cooked French Turkey with Glazed Pumpkin, Chestnuts, Brussel Sprouts and Cranberry Sauce.



For vegetarians, Harlan’s is offering a flurry of delicious treats with an alternative vegetarian Christmas Eve tasting menu priced at HK$780. This six-course delectable feast features a main course of Baked Spinach and Ricotta Filo Roll with Porcini Puree and Truffle Foam.

These decadent festive feasts are completed with an indulgent dessert of Christmas Pudding, Chocolate Brownie, Chestnut Log Cake and Cinnamon Ice Cream, followed by home made Christmas cookies served with coffee or tea.

December 25th brings with it Christmas Day, and is welcomed with a delightful lunch buffet priced at HK$398, featuring a heart-warming selection of holiday treats to indulge in.

Tantalise your taste buds with Harlan’s tasting menus specially designed for private events throughout this festive season. Three lunch tasting menus priced at HK$380, HK$480 and HK$580 are offered featuring both signature and traditional dishes. Additionally, Christmas Dinner tasting menus priced at HK$680, HK$830 and HK$980 offer up a selection of dishes guaranteed to revive your Christmas spirit with breath-taking views of Victoria Harbour.

Harlan’s moonwalks into the New Year on December 31st with its Michael Jackson themed party featuring a live band and a decadent six-course tasting menu. Priced at HK$1,688, the menu features delectable dishes including Marinated Scottish Salmon with Slow Cooked Italian Egg and Caviar, Wood Stone Roasted Scampi with Tomato Marmalade and Slow Roasted “M4” Wagyu Sirloin with Home Smoked Foie Gras Terrine.

Harlan’s continues its extravagant celebrations on January 1st with a New Year Lunch Buffet priced at HK$398.
