(Hong Kong – October 13, 2009) – Morton’s of Chicago is serving a choice of three Christmas season set lunch menus priced from HK$295 to HK$550 per person at its restaurant in The Sheraton Hotel on Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. The special menus, ideal for office parties and family get-togethers, are being served throughout December.
The three set menus all include a choice of starter from the Morton’s Salad with blue cheese dressing, chopped egg and anchovies or classic Caesar Salad.
At HK$295 per person, the set lunch includes a choice of entrée from Roasted Boneless Prime Rib served with Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Garlic Green Beans or Chicken Christopher served with Garlic Beurre Blanc Sauce and Mashed Potatoes.
The second set lunch option priced at HK$475 per person features a choice of four entrees including Single Cut Filet Mignon with Béarnaise Sauce, Grilled Salmon with Beurre Blanc Sauce, Jumbo Lump Cake with Mustard Mayonnaise Sauce or Chicken Christopher with Garlic Beurre Blanc Sauce all served with Mashed Potato and Sautéed Garlic Green Beans.
At HK$550 per person, the third menu option includes the Single Cut Filet Mignon with Béarnaise Sauce plus a choice of Broiled Sea Scallops, Colossal Shrimp Alexander or Jumbo Lump Crab Cake all served with Twice Baked Potato and Steamed Broccoli.
All menus are finished with a choice of either Key Lime Pie or Double Chocolate Mousse.
During the festive season from October 5 to December 31, guests who purchase Morton's Holiday Gift Certificates of HK$2,500 will receive a complimentary HK$500 gift certificate. The bonus certificates can be redeemed between January 2 and March 31, 2010.
Morton’s also has a selection of gifts available for all steak aficionados including The Morton’s Cookbook featuring a collection of 100 recipes, Seasoning Salt and Steak Knife gift sets all available to purchase at the restaurant.
Reservations for the special Christmas set lunches must be made at least 2 weeks in advance with a minimum charge of HK$20,000 per group.
