(Hong Kong, October 30, 2009) — zuma lovers are spoilt for choice this Christmas with endless brunches of free-flowing champagne, spectacular banquets, and one of Hong Kong's hottest countdown parties at vibrant Japanese restaurant and lounge zuma at The Landmark.
Heading into the festive season with a bang – zuma brunch fans don’t have to wait until Sunday to be treated to the beloved zuma brunch – Christmas Brunch will served from December 25-27 priced at HK$428, or HK$550 with free-flowing champagne, sake and bellinis. To top it off, brunch is free of charge for children under 12, who can play outdoors on the restaurant's garden terrace or at the special kid’s corner inside the restaurant.
The delicious feast served from 11.30am–3pm features a buffet selection of sashimi, oysters, maki from the sushi bar, salads as well as hot starters from the robata grill.
Guests can also choose what tickles their fancy from zuma’s tasty entrées hot off the grill, with favourites including the succulent grilled pork belly with watermelon and cucumber salad, vegetable & seafood tempura or the signature barley miso-marinated baby chicken roasted on cedar wood.
Cravings are satisfied with the final touch – a zuma dessert platter – not for the faint of heart.
Christmas Dinner served from December 24-27 features a traditional yet decadent winter tasting menu priced at HK$1,280. The delicious feast features 10 courses of prized delicacies including uni on squid ink and nori toast with fresh wasabi and sea salt, toro tataki with spring onion vinaigrette as well as grilled Japanese wagyu beef with wasabi - topped off by a unique seasonal dessert platter.
Set to be one of the best nights in of the year, zuma’s dinner and countdown party is always a night to remember. Guests have the choice of zuma’s special New Year's Eve 10-course Dinner menu, priced at HK$1,280 or they can opt for their favourites from the a la carte menu.
