WORLDHOTELS Affiliate The Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei Celebrates 25th Anniversary

The group's Chairman Emeritus, Liao Hsiu Chong, and Chairman, Paul Liao hosted the event at the Howard Plaza Hotel welcoming guest of honor David Hsieh, Taiwan Tourism Bureau Deputy Director.
