(Hong Kong, May 11, 2009) --- Bubba Gump, the family friendly restaurant on the peak with stunning views from day to night, is offering an all-day special set menu for families to share on the coming Father’s Day, 21 June, 09. To make the set menu even more special, daddies will be able to enjoy unlimited beers while sharing the sumptuous selection of famous dishes with friends and family.

For the price of HK$868, customers can enjoy two appetizers and any three main dishes from a special set menu, followed by a sinful dessert platter to share at the end of the meal.

After diving into a starter of Classic Caesar Salad and Onion Rings, next up is a selection of main course delights!

For entrees there will be a choice of four Bubba Gump main dishes. It includes New York Steak, served with Mashed Potatoes, a crispy Onion Ring and juicy sliced Tomato, Baby Back Ribs served with French Fries, Frankie Baked Seafood and Rice or Shrimper’s Heaven; Coconut Shrimp, Chilly Shrimp, Fried Shrimp and Tempura Shrimp. Customers can choose their three own favorites.

A Dessert Platter including chocolate chip cookie sundae, buttered cake with ice cream & fresh strawberries and key lime pie is the perfect way to end a delicious dinner and leave dad with sweet memories.

The set menu will be served only on Father’s Day 21 June, 09. Advanced booking is highly recommended.
