Aqua Launches a New Menu of Authentic Italian Desserts

) Italian trifle with mixed seasonal berries; pineapple, almond and polenta cake with mascarpone ice-cream, or tiramisu with espresso and Kahlua liqueur soaked Savoiardi biscuits -- these are just a few selections from the brand new “Deliziosa” Italian dessert menu at aqua, One Peking Road!

Devised to ensure guests enjoy as authentic-a Italian experience as possible, aqua roma’s new dessert menu has been conceived by resident Italian Executive Chef, Eugenia Riva (JJ).
“Deliziosa” draws together nostalgic childhood memories of Italian puddings and sweet treats with traditional flavours and cooking techniques to present six sensational dessert dishes.

Alongside Italian trifle , pineapple, almond and polenta cake, and tiramisu will be Affogato - vanilla ice-cream, hot espresso coffee and amaretto liqueur topped with crushed amaretti macaroons; half baked Valrhona chocolate fondant cake with vanilla, star anise anglaise & hazelnut ice-cream; and seasonal fresh fruit with scented lime and guava sorbet.

Each of the six scrumptious desserts is priced between HK$98 – 108 and all are available at lunch and dinner seven days a week.
There will also be a dessert sampler platter – a mini portion of each dessert, perfect for sharing and if choosing one alone is just too difficult!
