H one Introduces Decadent Sunday Evening Buffet


(Hong Kong, January 16, 2009) - Fashionable H One, overlooking the harbour at ifc in Central, is serving a decadent new Sunday evening buffet of premium seafood, prime roasts and grills, home-made pastas, finest cold cuts and creative salads, soups and desserts, priced at HK$488.

To launch the promotion, four guests are only charged for the price of three until the end of February - pricing the deal at just HK$366 per person.

The stylish buffet includes freshly-shucked oysters from around the world and seafood ranging from Pacific tiger prawns, French blue mussels and Mediterranean yabbies to Alaska King Crab and Hokkaido Taraba Crab.

Hand-sliced Spanish Serrano, Italian San Daniele and aged Parma ham feature among such antipasti as foie gras pate, Scottish smoked salmon, crispy calamari and whitebait, and Piemonte beef carpaccio.

An extensive choice of salads includes options from an 'Organic Salad Bar', with wild forest mushroom and lobster bisque on the soup menu.

Signature home-made pastas are cooked 'a la minute' and main course choices from the Texas charcoal grill and wood-stone oven range from Super Prime US Beef, Tasmanian lamb rack, Italian baby pig and Milan-style ossobuco to veal escalope, French spring chicken, Pacific tiger king prawn and jet-fresh 'fish of the day'.

A selection of cheeses from across Italy completes the buffet menu, with a wide choice of desserts including cheesecake, tarts, tiramisu, apple crumble & custard, profiteroles, double chocolate cake and home-made ice cream.

The price is Hk488 plus10% service charge, with children between 4 to 11 charged at HK$288.
