The seductive 5-course Valentine’s Day dinner designed by Chef Alberto Boccelli starts with a salad of aged Joselito Spanish ham with Italian baby scampi, wild rocket and shaved foie gras, followed by Jerusalem artichoke soup with porcini and black truffle.
A pasta course of home-made fettuccine with Italian duck ragout, duck gizzard confit and fava beans introduces main course choices of either Wagyu beef fillet crusted with trumpet mushroom or Charcoal-grilled half Maine lobster, in sea urchin sauce.
As a finale, dessert is a decadent 'Valentine’s Chocolate Tower' of lavender white chocolate, cherry dark chocolate and crispy caramel puff pastry, accompanied by coffee or tea.
All diners will also receive a special 10% discount voucher to purchase the regular priced ChocoLOVE 24K Gold Collection by Just Gold and Hearty Fruity 18K White Gold and Diamond Collection by Just Diamond (pendant only, leather chain not included).
For couples who wish to simply enjoy the five course menu, the menu is priced at HK$1,960 for two.
To secure a table, couples are recommended to make reservations with credit card guarantee by February 12, 2009. Gift choices should be made at the time of reservation.
Between February 9 – 13 2009, couples who wish to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day can enjoy the special Valentine’s Day five course menu at 20% off and two glasses of Champagne on complimentary basis. Reservations are required at least two days in advance to enjoy this special offer. Please note that this early bird offer does not include the Just Gold pendant.
