Je t’aime…Romantic Valentines at Chez Moi in Central

(Hong Kong, December 11, 2008) – Enjoy the voyage with champagne, foie gras, caviar and Wagyu beef at Chez Moi and experience a unique Valentine’s Day with your loved one.

Chez Moi is a cosy, contemporary European restaurant on Arbuthnot Road in Central with a stylish yet comfortable design that resembles the interior of an ocean liner, with all custom made fittings.

A decadent 5-course menu that could have graced The Titanic is priced at HK$850 per person. Guests start the romantic voyage with a glass of champagne and Chez Moi’s signature appetizer, beetroot gazpacho and creamed horseradish.

Next is the Duck foie gras terrine with spiced baby pears and truffle croutes, and the natural aphrodisiac Brittany rock oysters with caviar cream.

After a refreshing sorbet, the main course choice is either braised Australian Wagyu beef cheek with ginger baby carrots, wild mushrooms and tarragon or roast Norwegian salmon, with a salad of asparagus, quails egg and lemon beurre blanc.

The romantic evening is completed with strawberry and white chocolate Mille Feuille, and tea or coffee.
