31 New Members Join the Prestigious Relais & Châteaux Family

The Maldives Now Featured in the List of New Destinations

(Paris, 25 November 2008) — Relais & Châteaux now has 480 properties in 56 countries. 6 properties joined in January: The Royal Crescent Hotel in the United Kingdom, Winvian in the United States, The Farm at Cape Kidnappers in New Zealand, Mahua Kothi and The Malabar House in India, and Saint Pierre - a Grand Chef Relais et Châteaux in Singapore.

Amongst the 25 members newly selected from 100 candidates, there are 12 European properties, 4 properties in the Americas region, 2 properties in Africa, 4 properties in Oceania and 3 properties in Asia.

5 of the 25 new members have also been awarded the label "Grands Chefs Relais & Châteaux".
