“The hotel business is going through an evolutionary process like any other segment in the global economy. Over the past 25 years we have lived trough several distinctive epochs, namely; uniformity, unconscious individuality, emerging conscious individuality, desired individuality and today’s epoch of truth seeking and humble individuality. The boutique hotel business has always embraced, silently and with great passion, the needs of the “individual” in all epochs. Through great speed of execution and the understanding of the deep longing and need for fulfilment that exists in customer sentiments, the boutique hotel business was, is and will continue to be very successful” Jan stated.
Allan Jenkins says, “There is an increasing demand for premier accommodations across China, reflecting the growing prosperity and newfound appreciation for exclusivity and luxury amongst Chinese travellers”.
“HBA boutique hotels are purposefully designed to maximise guests overall experience through the provision of luxurious accommodations which both reflect and maximise the beauty of the natural surroundings,” stated Allan. “From the use of natural materials such as limestone and granites to timbers such as maple, mahogany and teak, to the selection of fabrics used in the interior décor, we aim for each of these exclusive properties to exude an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation.”
