FESTIVE CHRISTMAS SEASON SET LUNCHES AT MORTON’S OF CHICAGO, HONG KONG AND MACAU

(Hong Kong and Macau – October 8, 2007) – Morton’s of Chicago is serving a choice of three Christmas season set lunches priced from HK$595 / MOP$625 at its restaurants in The Sheraton, Hong Kong and The Venetian® Macao-Resort, Macau.

The special menus ideal for office parties and family get-togethers are being served on December 10, 11, 12, 17, 18 and 19.

At HK$595 / MOP$625, the standard set lunch is Sliced Prime Rib of Beef with whipped horseradish sauce, served with sautéed garlic green beans and a choice of herb-roast red potatoes or mashed potato. The menu also includes a Caesar Salad starter and dessert of New York Cheesecake.

Priced at HK$650 / MOP$685, a second option features a choice of two main courses, Single Cut Filet Mignon with bearnaise sauce or Broiled Salmon Fillet with white wine butter sauce, served with steamed fresh broccoli, hollandaise and garlic mashed potato.

Starter is chopped salad of iceberg & romaine Lettuce, hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, bacon, blue cheese, chopped egg, purple onion, tomato and avocado with dijon vinaigrette. Dessert is a choice of New York Cheesecake or fresh seasonal berries with sabayon sauce.

A third menu choice priced at HK$695 / MOP$725 is especially for dessert lovers. It offers three main course choices, with an option of lightly-breaded Chicken Christopher with garlic beurre blanc sauce, as well as Single Cut Filet Mignon or broiled salmon fillet, served with fresh asparagus, hollandaise and twice-baked potato.

Starter of mixed field greens salad includes toasted walnuts, apples and blue cheese, with dijon vinaigrette. Dessert is an indulgent ‘trio’ of New York Cheesecake, Chocolate Velvet Petit Fours, and chocolate cup filled with fresh seasonal berries and sabayon sauce.

During the festive season from November 1 to December 31, guests who purchase Morton's Holiday Gift Certificates of MOP$2,500 (Macau) or HK$2,500 (Hong Kong) will receive a complimentary MOP$500 (Macau) / HK$500 (Hong Kong) gift certificate. The bonus certificates can be redeemed between January 2 and March 31, 2009.
